I received a few email today regarding AirAsia X launch. From what i gather, booking is now available until 30 November 2008 for flight from 11 March 2009. I'm not sure how true this date is but i guess you can check the website for further information. Now, the best part, price for a one way journey from Kuala Lumpur to London(STN) is £41 without tax and £99 with tax(according to an email i receive). I even did a simple check on the website as shown in image.
This is just a random check, which shows a total of £127 for a return ticket from London(STN) to Kuala Lumpur LCCT(KUL). Although this price is excluding tax, it is still very cheap comparing to currently available flight. I think the cheapest before is Qatar, Brunei or Emirates at around £400- £600 including tax.

memang nampak macam murah. Semalam akak dengan abang jamal pun dok kira2 jugak. macam nak beli. Pastu bila campur semua, airport tax, fees, makan kena beli, pastu kalau nak bawa baggage kena tambah charge. Harga end dia murah sikit ja dari KLM which we can fly from Durham atau New Castle.
Nampak £99, bila kita nak buat tempahan harga pergi balik macam fauzan kata la, £41+£89. Tapi tu harga basic. Tak include tax and fees. Pas tu makanan £7 sorang. Bagage kalau nak untuk 25kg, kena bayar £20 sorang. Kalau bawa makan sendiri atau tak check in bag langsung than harga tu olus airport tax and fees.
Tapi dia tak tunjuk harga end dulu. Kita kena masuk semua nama, pasport number baru nak bagi harga, pelik sikit. Takkan nak masuk detail baru nak bagi quatation harga end. So, may be kalau fauzan dapat detail lanjut dari sapa2 yang dah confirm beli, berapa harga sorang perg balik. Maknanya full price sebab dia bagi memang nampak murah, tapi kita nak tau berapa nak kena baya at last.
